Harrison and I slipped off to Cape Cod for a few days, and I have a few pictures I want to share from the trip. Despite my mom & aunt growing up on the Cape and my nana still living there, we discovered a small strip of land on the bay that neither my mom, aunt nor Nana had ever discovered. Wild, right?
The houses and land surrounding this beach were so picturesque. Actually, picturesque doesn’t even really do the space justice. Mature rose bushes spilled over rock walls and white picket fences. Large oil & stone driveways meandered up hills leading to big houses with bay views. Lush green lawns bordered with hydrangeas sprawled over much of the acreage.
I kept saying this to my family and they’re probably sick of hearing it but I felt like I was in a dream. Straight out of a fairy tale. Most of these pictures are landscape shots since I didn’t want to be that woman creepily taking pictures of the houses… hope you enjoy.
