…we Matt tackled the gutter cleaning. It made me beyond nervous. I would like to hire this kind of stuff out - you know, the kind of stuff where he has even the slightest chance of falling two stories. Yea, that kind of stuff. He came down unperturbed, however, and we’re clear until the spring!

Our house is quaint and cozy. At least I think so. At 1400 square feet, it’s larger than some and smaller than some. Ain’t that the way of the world? I’m feeling the “quaint and cozy” more and more each day. With the baby here, there is a ton of baby stuff. A ton. All of that stuff is making the house feel a bit smaller than it normally does and space is at a premium.

Let’s talk about “nesting.” Well… my experience with nesting in particular. (Source) If you’re not familiar with the terms “nesting” or “nesting instinct,” let me fill you in. It’s a time in a pregnant woman’s life* when she feels the need to compulsively organize and clean every surface that crosses her face or nose or enormously swollen uterus. Me? I was totally nesting. And apparently, dropping phrases like: “enormously swollen uterus.
